Terms & Conditions
All sales made by integri-T ("Seller") to you ("Customer") are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale unless otherwise indicated by integri-T in writing.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM. THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AT ANY TIME AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
Sale is Contingent on Customer’s Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
We ship your goods to you via the shipping method you select when a purchase is made, be it on-line, or in person. The charges for shipping are reflected on your receipt of purchase. The customer must specify expedited shipping. Partial shipments may be made only if integri-T is directed to do so by the customer. We will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipping. All freight claims for damaged, lost and/or missing merchandise must be filled with the appropriate carrier
Legal
If integri-T, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary or advisable to bring legal action to enforce any provisions, or to collect any past due account hereunder, the Customer shall pay to integri-T all court costs and any and all expenses arising out of or caused by the litigation, excluding reasonable attorney’s fees expanded or incurred in any such proceedings, and all such costs or expenses shall be included in the judgment and shall be entitled to the benefit of any lien securing any payment hereunder. This agreement or any steps taken to enforce the provisions hereof shall not be construed as a limitation or election of any remedies that the parties may have to protect their rights hereunder or for the materials delivered hereunder
Payment Terms
Seller accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All orders will be charged in full upon first shipment, even if multiple shipments may occur. Custom orders may include different payment terms, as agreed upon by the seller and the customer.
Notice of Defects
Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify integri-T WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Seller shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than Customer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER (DYED, PRINTED, EMBROIDERED, RELABELED OR THE LIKE).
Returns & Cancellations
Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days after Customer’s receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight charges. No order can be cancelled once it has been entered into production. Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error. All sales are final on discontinued and/or overstock items; Seller will not accept returns on these items under any circumstance.
